Warranty

Warranty for our products is provided by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be done directly to the manufacturer. We will not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. Return policy fully applies to any returns. Products come with full instructions and warranty information. Please read the information enclosed very carefully. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason any of our products (except H2Ocean solution) doesn't meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

Please make sure that your return meets following criteria.

1) The product has not been used. An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or damaged as result of customer misuse or neglect.

2) You request an RMA number (email or call us) within 15 days of receiving your order and put the number on the outside of the return packaging so it can be seen easily and clearly.

3) H2Ocean is not returnable.

3) The product is returned in its original packaging including all certificates and the product's packaging has not been damaged. Please send your return in a padded envelope because body jewelry is damaged easily and even gets lost when shipped in a regular envelope. Returns in flat envelopes will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.

4) The product is returned within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. Please note that shipping expenses for sending items back to us will not be reimbursed.

All exchanges are shipped free of charge. Please include a note about what kind of exchange you want to do!

Please note that the original shipping charge will not be refunded in any case. Also, if you had your order shipped for free and chose to return all or part of it so that the items you kept do not qualify for free shipping altogether, we will deduct regular shipping charge from your refund amount.

A traceable shipping method is strongly recommended.
